CiteStack Acceptable Use Policy (Draft)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited conduct when using CiteStack.

You may not use CiteStack to

• Break the law or encourage illegal activity.
• Upload, store, or distribute malware or harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service (e.g., excessive automated requests, denial-of-service).
• Scrape or collect personal data about others without a lawful basis.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights when you do not have permission.
• Use the Service to generate, store, or distribute content that is harassing, threatening, or hateful.

Automated usage

• You may not run bots or automation that overloads the Service.
• We may apply rate limits, job limits, or other controls.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts where appropriate.
